The Brief
Central FS was hired by Starbucks for a full installation, including distribution board upgrades, emergency lighting, disabled alarm installation, rewiring, coffee machine installations, lighting, and till system installation.
Key Issues
Target times had to be met in order to cause the least disturbance to staff and customers.
Approach Taken
The job began with a pre-start meeting with Caledonia Contracts to go over all the details regarding the project. The program of works was then discussed with the client. The job commenced according to the program of works, with on-site meetings held every week for regular updates on progress.
Outcome
Once the installation was completed, all testing and commissioning was carried out, all certifications were issued to Caledonia Contracts and the handover was completed. The client was very pleased with the scope of work completed and the target times were met.
