An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a legally required inspection report, often called a landlord safety test or homebuyers test. All of a properties electrical installations should be covered by an in date EICR report. Many legal documents today specifically require one to be in place. These reports are valid for 5 years, we like to operate on a contract basis with our clients to ensure their cover remains unbroken.
